Oops.. making flies and jewelry [plus a techno mixtape too]

After a few weeks of time off in the cabin up north I returned home and realised I had left my DJ mixing desk on for the whole time. The thing was running hot but working quite properly nevertheless.

Anyway, after running some errands I got around to tying salmon flies again. Here's one of them :

As some of you may know, I used to make jewelry as well so after receiving my tax returns I invested in some crystals, beads and silver. That paired with my fly tying hobby I came up with a pair of earrings; 925 sterling silver with a Swarovski crystal and some feathers :

Here's another pair of earrings, this time without the feathers :

I also made a bunch of bracelets from Czech glass beads :

Anyway, on to the mixtape which pretty much showcases what 2024 has been this far in the field of techno. Consisting of 10 tracks it smoothly transitions from song to song, keeping a steady pace of 134bpm. The subgenre is peak/driving/hypnotic, picked by me from the Beatport techno charts :
